Echo Atelier is a full-service architecture and interiors firm founded in 2019 by Erica Gutierrez. Inspired by a New York City childhood filled with art and travel, Erica understands the cooperative relationship between space and self and honors an ethos that embodies quality over quantity.

Acquainted with the needs of today’s modern society, her skills marry an appreciation for historic homes with the personality of the people inhabiting the space. Erica adapts houses and designs dwellings that reflect the 21st-century lifestyle, tailoring scale and style to the inclinations of the client.

With a Master of Architecture from Tulane and high-end residential projects spanning New York to San Francisco, Erica’s lifelong career and studies continue to inform her passion for historical homes. Including a focus on architecture and renovations amongst Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, Echo Atelier’s scope of services range from space planning and permitting, all the way through the final touch of fixtures and finishes.

A well-organized and imaginative architect and designer, Erica is uniquely gifted with her ability to make a client’s existing space work so that the final result allows a client to enrich their well-lived life. A product of her profession, Erica and her family recently completed a renovation of their Park Hill home, putting modern-day touches on a piece of Denver history.
